Founder of CNET and Salesforce Raises USD 25 Million in Pre-ICO
Halsey Minor, the founder of CNET and co-founder of Salesforce, is creating a new blockchain-based computing project focused on encoding, storing, and streaming video called VideoCoin Network. According to Business Insider, Minor wants to use zombie servers, which will be 60 to 80% cheaper than traditional cloud services for video producers, like Amazon Web Services. Minor has now raised USD 25 million in pre-ICO funding, and a public ICO is planned for March 2018.
